Cancellation Policy
It is important to know our cancellation policy – it can reduce your costs. If you cancel 24 to 48 hours before your appointment, you will incur a charge of $100.00. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or if you fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged the full fee.Rebates
Psychological Consultation (1-hour)

Mental Health Care Plan | $124.50 (MBS Item no. 80010) | This is available from your GP with a GP referral and a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). Both documents are required in order to claim the rebate. Up to 10 sessions per year are available on a MHCP. Please contact your GP. |
FaHCSIA funding | Full fee | If the appointment is for or regarding a patient with FaHCSIA funding, this can be used to cover the cost of the entire appointment. To invoke this, please ensure that a copy of the FaHCSIA letter is sent to us prior to your appointment. Click here for more information. |
Private Health Insurance | Please contact your provider to determine how much you can claim. | Payment of the full fee is required on the day of the appointment and a receipt will be provided that can be used to claim your rebate from your provider. There is no item code; the description is a consultation from a clinical psychologist. |
Helping Children with Autism initiative (HCWA) – treatment services for children with autism or PDD | $84.80 (MBS Item No. 82015) | This is available, with a referral from a paediatrician, for children under 15 years. Please contact your paediatrician for further information. |

Helping Children with Autism initiative (HCWA) – assessment services for children with autism or PDD | $84.80 (MBS Item No. 82000) | This is available with a referral from a paediatrician or psychiatrist and is applicable for the 1 hour ADOS session only. In some cases, if the child is present during the feedback session, it can be used for that appointment as well. See here for more details. |
Private Health Insurance | Please contact your provider to determine how much you can claim. | The remaining 3 hours of the assessment may be claimable via private health insurance. (If no Medicare rebate is claimed for the 1-hour ADOS session, this can also be claimed through private health). Payment of the full fee is required on the day of the appointment and a receipt will be provided that can be used to claim your rebate from your provider. There is no item code; the description is a consultation from a clinical psychologist. |
